Compatibility View

Using Compatibility View with Internet Explorer, web sites will be displayed as if you were viewing them in a previous version of the browser. As a result, you may experience one of the following issues:

• The screen does not display correctly
• Links do not function when clicked
• Customization is not functional
• The drop down menus often do not show correctly
• Expanding resources in Browse Content causes the window to scroll to the top
• You are unable to manage assignments in IE9 or IE10
• You are unable to save scores

For Internet Explorer, make sure Compatibility View is not turned on. You will be able to check this by going to "Tools," at the top of the browser. If there is a checkmark next to "Compatibility View," please click on it to remove the check mark. When this is turned on, the browser runs as if it were running an older version that is not compatible with Study Island.
